“Dalhousie Medical Research Foundation is not a disease specific charity,” says Brian MacLeod, a member of the Foundation’s Board of Directors. “However, I have learned that the Foundation supports excellence in all areas of research endeavor at Dalhousie. While that includes important work in areas such as Alzheimer’s, cancer and cardiovascular disease, Irene and I are personally interested in autism research. We are pleased that our gifts are used to support the work of Dr. Susan Bryson who is unquestionably a leader in her field.”
